How does it work?

In Italy, the final pairs are currently being completed, and I’ve just received confirmation that they will be shipped to Belgium on May 20th. This means we will be able to ship them to you starting from May 27th.

As many of you have already sent us messages about this style, we are opening the pre-order for you. Your package will be shipped on May 27th.

We have added the ordered stock to our inventory, so if the pre-order is sold out, unfortunately our stock is fully reserved.

How do I choose the right size?
These Katleen leopard slingback kitten heels run large. If you have a normal to narrow foot, we recommend ordering one size smaller than your usual shoe size. If you have a wider foot, we recommend ordering your usual size.

Can I try the shoes on before placing my order?
At our headquarters in Ghent, we have all sizes available from 35 to 41. We will organize several fitting moments so that, if you wish, you can try on the different sizes and determine your exact fit before ordering. Sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of our website to stay informed about all upcoming fitting moments.

What if I order a pair online and the size doesn’t fit?
We will order a limited number of extra pairs in each size. This way, you can still exchange for another size if needed (while supplies last).

Just like with any other online order, you have a 14-day return period and the option to return your shoes. The purchase amount will then be refunded to you within three days.
